We've got two songs for you today off the soundtrack for Terratopia.

First up is "The Cloistered Alchemist" - Theme of Weyland Fenwick and the Tower of Mist in which he resides. 

Stephen, one of our composers, had this to say about this track - "This track is very fitting for its inhabitant Weyland and his contraption filled home. It has an intricate yet dangerous sound which conveys an auditory 'Keep Out' sign. We can hear the dangerous mechanisms, concoctions, and traps which fill the tower and despite the warnings we know we have to keep climbing to seek Weyland’s help. It was a lot of fun to work on this track and to compose something that was charming and quirky, but also a little hostile."

And second: "Clash!" - our battle theme

Eva, one of our composers (returning from her work on Reflections: Nightingale) had this to say about this track - "I think this track captures the energy one would expect from coming face to face with a monster. Working on this gave us the chance to find musical middle ground between fun, impactful, and dangerous. Sure, you may be the hero of the story, but you’re not invincible! It took many drafts to reach a final version we were happy with, and it was absolutely worth the effort."
